Crewe FC are set to launch a series of regular fitness sessions run by its members, for its members.
Our High Intensity Interval Training Sessions will run every Wednesday (7:30pm) and Saturday (9:30am) to keep our members fit and healthy during a period of lockdown & social isolation.
As a Community Club, we’re constantly looking for ways to support our players to stay active and keeping themselves moving so that they are ready for football, when we can return.
We would also welcome all parents and family members to join us as we know the value that physical activity can have on your overall health, especially during this time… and entry is completely free!
The Club have arranged for a series of guest instructors to run the sessions, ranging from players from our first team and ladies team, committee members & parents, all with varying levels of fitness and experience.
Team managers will be sending out the Zoom Meeting ID prior to every session, along with the HIIT programme that we’ll be following. Our hope is that as many members join in as possible!
It genuinely is the taking part that counts, so we hope to see you at our first session on Saturday 2nd May (9.30am).
Stay Safe. Stay Active.
