With the new national restrictions now in place, Crewe FC will once again be hosting a series of online fitness sessions  for its members.

Our High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) Sessions will run every Saturday morning (9:30am) and Wednesday evening (6.30pm) for duration of the latest ‘lockdown’. 

As a Community Club, we’re constantly looking for ways to support our players to stay active & recognise the value that physical activity can have on our overall health, especially during this time.


The Club will be arranging for a series of guest instructors to run the sessions, ranging from players from our first team and ladies team, committee members & parents, all with varying levels of fitness and experience.

Team managers will be sending out the session details and joining instructions prior to every session, with the first one taking place on Saturday 7th November at 9.30am. 

Should you not be directly involved with the Club, but would like to take part in the sessions, please contact us directly and we will send you the details.
